じつは私もその状況になってしまい・・・。・環境設定の初期化・windows8を利用・別管理者を作ってのアンインストールと再インストール。・・・・いろいろ試してみましたが、なおりません。 ちなみに自分のノートPC windows7ですが、こちらでは正常に起動しています。 photoshopが原因なのか？その他の環境が問題なのか分かりませんね。adobeに質問して解決しないので、困り果ててます。
