Have you decided to stay with Premiere Elements 12 Mac or revisit Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit?
Does the following Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit route work for you to explore information and error messages associated with the program failures?
