Re: acrobat doesn't recognize my serial number

Hi Joe,

I can only see Acrobat 7 and 9 Std. serial numbers registered to your account.

Make sure you are using the 9 Std serial no. on the 9 Std. software installer not the 9 Pro else it will not recognize the serial number.

Moreover the 9 Std. license is an upgrade one so when you key in the serial number it will prompt you to enter the Acrobat 7 serial number, so keep both the serial numbers handy.
