Need to download installation file for photoshop elements again (formatted computer) and I have serial number but download file not appearing in my downloads/orders section of account anymore.

Hi all I needed to format my computer and so need to reinstall photoshop elements which I purchased online. The serial number is in my account but not the installation file to download.. so can't find file to install anywhere and the email address I received from adobe in first place is no longer in use it appears (storemanager@adobe.com)
