ah, I see. That AcroRd32.exe is used by Acrobat internally, it should not be used to run it by itself. For that you should install Reader separately.

Yea I see that now - installing Reader fixed AcroRd32.exe but unfortunately had no effect on Acrobat's amtlib.dll issue.
