Thank you for going through the trouble for my issue Jim.
I was able to push vbv up to 224, but got the same result.
What is strange to me is the fact that PPCC works fine on
my home computer. I just can not figure out why it has
this issue on my work computer. It is really a pain when I have
to encode long format show/spots (30 or 60 minutes) twice. I realize I could
just work from CS6, but I really like CC's platform.
