I always put shortcut links into Photoshop Presets folder Scripts to link in My Photoshop Script tree and now that adobe removed the User Plug-in Tree from CC Preferences I also put a shortcut link into Photoshop CC Plug_in Folders to link to my 32 bit and 64 bit Plug-in trees. For me your answer is wrong.
