Hi,
I installed from a disk and later on from a download, nothing changed. I now have installed Premier Elements and deinstalled it immediately. Then I installed Photoshop Elements again and got at least an Organizer folder rwhich contained nothing in it except for a CAHeadless folder.
Indeed I followed the document for the manual remove.
