I share your frustation.

 

I'm suffering with the same problem and none of the solutions on the forum have worked for me! Support have taken some log files and told me they do not know when they will have an update!

I cannot understand why Adobe do not draft people in as this is a serious issue. If they will not do this then they may as well non offer 24 hour support. Also, why do they add insult to injury by asking: "is there anything else I can help you with?" when they clearly have not helped with the issue you want resolved.
