There quite alot of artists who use this Oil Paint daily to make their paintly photo's or make money with it as work. Jack davis relied also much on this Oil Paint plugin and builed and whole action dashboard for it. Switching between Photoshop CC en 2014 isnt an option.
Now we have to rely again on 3th party plugins (which cost alot). And so far i know none of them come close to what the old Oil Paint filter could do. Another Fail of Adobe.
