Why is my HTML extension automatically moves to Indesign CC 32 when installing in Indesign CC 64 in Extension manager CC?

When I open Extension manager CC, and click on Indesign CC 64 and install, the installed extension automatically moves under  Indesign CC 32

and does not show in under Indesign CC 64 in Extension manager CC.

Do I need to make any change here? Also I see  Extension manager CC is a 32 bit application but it does shows extensions from Adobe which are 64 bit under the Indesign CC 64.
