How to remove text from a photo in Lr 5

Hi there,

I put my copyright info on a few of my photos in Lr 5 (just text,using the watermark editor) and now I want to remove it. I can't for the life of me figure how to do this. I have not exported them yet, and for some reason I can't find the original tutorial videos I was referring to after I updated (did the tutorials update, too?). Any help would be great!
