I've downloaded Photoshop CC & lightroom, but I can't open neither of them. I use Window 8.1, 64 bits desktop. The folder Creative cloud is empty, although it's said that all is up to date.
What do I do wrong? Do I have to do something else (I've installed flashplayer)
