I keep getting the following message when I try and open certain important pdf documents which are not password protected or anything. This has been happening only in the past week or so and is happening on my laptop (Windows 8.1) and my iPad (IOS 7.1.2). Please help as I urgently need to access these documents. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software.
