PC - Win 8.1, 64-bit Updating Creative Cloud Desktop Application Manager
Downloaded - started install - install failed
Uninstalled existing version
Downloaded - started install - install failed - dialogs:
1-Updating Adobe Application Manager
2-We've encountrede the following issues: 'Installer failed to initialize. Please download Support Advisor'
3-'Get Adobe Support Advisor' - "The Adobe Support Advisor has been discontinued. The tool has been replaced with improved installation support mechanisms. Please visit Adobe Support"
Tried download and install again running as Administrator - same fail
Then tried clean and remove install manager using the cleaner tool
Then Tried download and install again running as Administrator - same fail
Tried to contact Adobe support using 24x7 chat and got message 'chat closed'
