your post is from last year. I'd like to know if your case was solved and how.
I've got the same issue, but unlike you after payment I didn't receive any confirmation email.
I read on the forum that they were advising that you unistall what you installed with free trial and install the new one.
I's unbelievable that they are so prompt to take our money and that there is nowhere to email directly the support team.
It is more than a forum type issue here, I believe.
