So you can drag the file on page , correct ?
After color examples are dragged on page you want to update the color and its not working , is that you are referring ?
The color sample is the file which you can refer for color , after dragging on page you can select the rectangle and then make page fill or browser fill with same color samples, it would not do automatically, you will have to select the same color from sample as fill to page or page contents.
