I have purchased a new computer with Windows 8.1 and the old computer had Windows Vista and was very slow. I need to uninstall Adobe Creative Suite 3 and put it on the new computer. Is this possible and what do I need to do?

I have purchased an new computer with the Windows 8.1 OS.  The old computer had Windows Vista and is just about to quit working altogether.  I wish to uninstall it on that computer and deactivate it; so that I may install the software that I purchased (some years ago, but hardly used) on my new computer.  Is that allowed and do I have the right idea about doing it?  I have the se
