I recently purchased the full CC membership and have built sites using Dreamweaver and Photoshop. I am interested in experimenting with a mobile site. Which CC program is used to build mobile sites...or if DW is used, is there a plug-in for mobile sites? I see how to view a mobile site in DW but I do not see how to actually build one. Any guidance and tips on this is appreciated.
