It's very strange. I was able to duplicate the issue by clicking View Tutorials from the CC app. However, I was able to get the videos to load when I went to the page from the adobe.com website when I selected Menu > Learn & Support > All Learn & Support > and then select the All Products button below the Featured Products and select Adobe Dreamweaver. Then, I selected the same tutorial from that page and was able to see and play the videos after that.
I'm suspecting it is a page load error in that, if the rest of the page loads too fast, the videos don't get loaded. Have you tried to Refresh the page when you get to it and it doesn't show the videos? Perhaps this will help.
