Re: Hidden Menus showing up in middle of desktop; not on toolbar

I have the same issue and I can restore it by holding the Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys and then opening ID. When I do this I get this message: "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer" and it shows Indesign. (I'm using Windows 8.1). If I say Yes, Indesign opens and the hidden menus open at the Toolbar. But when I close Indesign and open it again, the behavior is back. I don't see this on ID CS6. It's only with CC and CC2014. I wonder if other users have observed the same. Maybe it was changed? By the way restoring preferences by deleting Indesign Defaults and Indesign SaveData doesn't do anything.

Edit: After playing a bit with the options I found that Run as Administrator does the trick.
