I have no question. The only reason I am using this is because there is simply no other option to contact Adobe Creative Cloud. I have spent all evening watching your tutorials and even there you do not look very good. Should be an alert in it self, huh. Moving on to see what the soft ware I have down loaded is worth, all I get is adverts and links selling products manufacured by the very same company that I do not even want or look for. You lost a customer, a pretty big one actually, not providing what I was promiseed. You pissed me off trying to hide behind no contact options. I am going to mess with Adobe from now on.
