If a learner has a mobile device that does not match exactly any of the 3 breakpoints, what will they see?

• The closest breakpoint with possibly some white space on the sides

OR

• Something in between two breakpoints that completely fills their screen, but the objects are positioned in between where they are positioned on the standard breakpoints
