Setup won't run (Windows 7 32 Bit)

So, any Adobe setup I run (ANY - CS, Reader, Acrobat, Shockwave etc) won't show up on screen. It just shows up in Task Manager. I tried deleting all Adobe programmes, with cleaners and stuff, and I even restored system later, but it restored EVERYTHING but Adobe programmes. I use Windows 7 32 bit, and reinstalling is not an option I am looking for. Can you please help?
