ExportPDF timing out

Hi, I just purchased the one year subscription for ExportPDF so I can convert a PDF to MSFT Word.  I have attempted to do the conversion three times.  Each time it has timed out with the message "the conversion failed because the file is taking too long to process."

The file is roughly 5 MB.  Is that too large of a file to convert?  If so, what options do I have to get it into MSFT Word?
