Okay, you have green video. What does the video look like when playing it in the camera? What file format is the video? What version of Lightroom are you using? What operating system are you using? You really need to provide a lot more information in order to get help here. I see you posted in the regular Lightroom forum as well. Please don't cross-post. It makes it difficult to develop any sort of continuity. If you can give us some details on the problem, perhaps somewhat will be able to help you.
