Image spin when hover mouse over it (captivate 8)

Hi

Is there a way to make an image spin (like a screwdriver adjusting a screw) when you hover the mouse over it? This is part of a presentation in Captivate 8.

I am new to this. Many thanks for any ideas on how to approach it.
