My mother threw away the box with the serial number on it. I previously set up an account but I assume I needed to add the serial number to it in order for me to now try to look up the serial number. I don't know what to do and since I cannot get ANY kind of support over the phone and everything only leads me to a forum, I guess this is my only option. Any idea what I can do now about getting the serial number so I can install the software on my new computer? Please help!!! This is the worst customer support I have ever seen from such a big company. I did not download software. It was bought in a box from Office Depot.
