You should be able to do a free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud, but I’ll be $50/month if you don’t cancel it.
Since you don’t see any apps in your CC apps list, I doubt it’s because nothing runs on your computer; however, without having seen what you entered when you signed up for CC it’s hard to guess what might be going on.
Are you able to sign into the CC Desktop app? Sometimes the app just starts up with a white area, but if you click-drag over that you’ll see things enough to know where the Sign In button is and if you click that, once, it’ll refresh and show you the signin area to type into.
You might try quitting the CC Desktop app, via its gear/Quit or right-click/Quit on the infinity-symbol in the system-notification area, then restart it from the start menu, which should cause it to rescan what is installed, which should be nothing.
