What the heck to I do now if my redemption code does not work. All it says is "Oops! This code doesn't seem to be active. Please contact the retailer you purchased the card from, or use a different code. For more information contact Customer Support and order by phone" what a pain the the butt. The whole reason i bought this thing as a CD was to avoid the hassle in case it did not download right online and now the fing thing wont load. Do I actually have to go BACK to the store??? I paid $100 for this software why the hell does this need to be so hard. I checkout person said he had only been there a couple of weeks so I am sure he did not now what the crap he was doing to get the damn security feature work.... or to scan the box correctly. Now i have to drive all the way back to the store and hope they can fix this. Adobe should have a damn phone number so i can straighten the crap out without having to spend an hour of my day trying to fix something they have made too difficult!
