Use the navigation bar that will show you the 6 pages on the left side of the screen in a narrow index. It should be the top icon on the left side of the PDF document that you click to open it but it might not be there so you would have to put it there manually. If it is not there, you should always have it there for your convenience. Right click on the pdif file in that index that you want to send and extract it as a separate file. It will come on the screen as just one pdf file without losing your original 6 pages. Then do file save as and name this one page. Then send it by email. There may be other ways to send individual pages but this is one way.
