I've already submitted 2 tickets and the response is exactly what you just said. I got the same exact response from SarahBehance1 via my email, scotty.russell88@yahoo.com from my first submitted ticket. Which I believe that is most likely you. There is no private convo anyone is having to help me. I just keep getting directed to support in which this is what I get for an answer through Adobe forums and Behance forums. Endless cycle. Please help.
