I purchased Lightroom 5 as a download which installed fine and the licensing number took, software opens, etc., etc. Now I'm trying to install plugins into LR, which seems to require use of Extension Manager (as double clicking on the plugin opens the Extension Manager... which I had to download), and in LR's Plugin Manager, the plugins are grayed out when attempting to add them). But when installing ANY plugins with Extension Manager, I get "extension cannot be installed because licensing verification failed", with the only option of selecting "Okay". The creative cloud on the menu shows LR as "up to date." So what's up? Thanks
