Photoshop Elements 12 crash on launch

When I launchPhotoshopElements12and I clickon "photo editor", the software starts andcloses immediately. I haveuninstalledseveral times butthe problem persists.TheorganizerworkscorrectlyandPremiere Elements12also.

Would you have asolution?
